Problem is they do not tell you all the risks of this. So many things can happen. I was stupid and had my Gallbladder removed last year now I have SOD, medication is not working so I live in pain. The doctor wants to do this and cut the opening of the SOD so bile can flow freely, problem is it does work 90% of the time, but what they don’t tell you is this is only a temporary fix as it usually comes back in 3-5 years but now you have scar tissue from the burning it. There is also risk of damage to the pancreas, if that happens your pancreas will have to be removed as well, now your a full blown diabetic. These doctors don’t tell you all the risks, expected time this works, and what to do after it fails in a few years. I was not told of all the risks of having my GB removed, I was told I could go back to a normal life and never know it was removed. Lies, 40% of the people will develop PCS, or SOD, so now you’re stuck in pain for the rest of your life and going back to these same people for relief. They don’t care your in pain they want money, all they care about. So now you’re having your body butchered up while they get rich. So you all had better ask about all the risks, what are the possible side effects and how often it happens, and get it in writing so your family can sue them when they butcher you up getting rich. I am trying to get a law passed where doctors have to tell you in writing of any and all possible side effects of a procedure even if it is 1%, and if they don’t they loose their medical license for ever. It is time to stop these butchers from scaring you up for their own enrichment.
